Los premios de la musica irlandesa tuvieron lugar el 1 de febrero de 2007 en el Point Depot de Dublin.
Los grandes triunfadores fueron Snow Patrol, con 4 meteors.
Si bien tambien podemos destacar las actuaciones de otros teloneros de U2 durante Vertigo Tour, Kaiser Chiefs, que interpretaron su nuevo tema "Ruby".
Westlife tambien participaron en la gala:
Aunque el grupo que mas espectacion levanto fueron sin duda The Pussycat Dolls, actuando al final de la gala.
En cuanto a U2, Larry Mullen Jr. y Bono aparecieron en sendos Videos. Bono presento mediante un video el premio "Lifetime Achievement" al grupo Clannad.
